About the event
Through self-trust, shadow work, inner-child connection, creativity, movement and confidence-building experiences, we’ll explore the many layers that make you you. Expect deep conversations and reflection alongside plenty of play, adventure, creativity and connection with a group of like-minded women.
This isn’t about becoming a “better” version of yourself. It’s about peeling back the layers, reconnecting with the parts of yourself you may have forgotten or hidden, and learning to love the light, the shadow, the child and everything in between.
