Gloves Off is more than just a Muay Thai retreat. Not only will you train alongside Fighter and Instructor Gabrielle de Ramos and experienced Thai coaches, learning the foundations of Muay Thai and challenging yourself physically each day, but this experience is equally about what happens outside of the gym. What happens when you take the gloves off.
Between training sessions, sunset dinners, island adventures, recovery sessions, journaling, meaningful conversations, and moments of stillness, you’ll reconnect with yourself in a completely different way. This retreat is designed to help you step outside of your comfort zone, build confidence, slow down from the pace of everyday life, and experience the power of being surrounded by like-minded women.
