About Ellamental Retreat
Designed for women looking to reconnect with themselves and like-minded others, this retreat is an invitation to slow down and enjoy the smaller, more meaningful moments.
Across four days, we move through fire, earth, water, and air : using each element as a pathway inward. Through movement, breathwork, journalling, and creative workshops, each day gently guides you through release, grounding, emotional connection, and expansion.
Expect nourishing meals, thoughtful rituals, fire ceremonies and cacao, to a coastal boat trip and embodied movement. With an intimate group of around 13 women, Ellamental is a space to feel, connect, and return to yourself.

Located on the same level as the yoga shala, kitchen, and garden, you’re just moments away from the rhythm of the retreat.
